Congressional Art 2017
We celebrated Dylan’s last year participating in the Congressional Art Competition today. This was the fifth year for the competition with 218 high school student entries from Disctrict 1. Thank you to Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham for spending quality time with Dylan before the event and then speaking so kindly of him during the awards ceremony.
